I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by everything it had to offer. the location was perfect for me as it was situated on a major street, making it easy for me to take a gentle walk into the vibrant town center. The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff at the reception desk being friendly and welcoming. They provided me with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were also impressive, with a flat-screen TV, heating, and air conditioning to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely terrace and garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings.
I have no complaints about this hotel whatsoever. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and main street, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with good amenities like cable TV and fast internet. the breakfast was basic but had good quality ham. the staff were welcoming and friendly, providing that Balkan hospitality that adds to the experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel receptionist (i promised not to tell her name, but it sounds like the beer J****) gave great background information about the city, which sights to visit, which place to go out and where to eat. The room was nice and clean and the hotel in all was a beautiful little place.

Clean, nice, good.
It was quite difficult to find. If you arrive to Banja Luka by car, everything is in cirilic. You don t understand a word. People don t speak English. It took 1 hour to find the hotel (no indications) thanks to the people there. They helped us although they only spoke Serb.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the free internet service and the spaciousness of the room. The hotel's location close to the city centre was also handy, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
The location on a busy road was not ideal, making it difficult to sleep with traffic noise throughout the night. the hotel lacked some basic amenities, like proper bathroom doors and working light bulbs.

I was quite disappointed when we eventually found the hotel as it is located right on a main dual carriageway. However the staff totally made up for this and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant but they ordered us in take away and gave us plates etc to eat it with.
Do not rely on your gps to find you this hotel! We spent over and hour going round in circles!

really friendly staff. Hotel is just 10mn walk from the center. Very easy to find with car, especially since most GPS' don't have the streets of Bosnia.
It's on the main street, in between 2 gas stations. So not very glamorous. But surprisingly there was no noise (back side room), and we slept very well.
